English Coach, Podcaster, Football Fanatic, Language Enthusiast
An English coach for the last 6 years, Tony has taught hundreds of ESL learners to communicate naturally and confidently in order to advance their professional careers and personal relationships. Rather than taking the traditional approach of teaching grammar lessons and rote memorization skills, he uses the art of conversation for a more practical approach to the language learning process. He has helped management executives, software engineers, lawyers, and business consultants to land better jobs and more clients thanks to their ability to communicate effectively in English.
Kaizen is the host of Real English Radio, a favorite among intermediate and advanced ESL learners. The podcast was launched in February of 2023 with the intention of offering listeners a more natural and interesting way of learning how English is really spoken. Episodes cover a wide range of topics from psychology, culture, and language to self-improvement, relationships, and crazy stories. The show occasionally features interviews with guests from various walks of life as well. With weekly episodes ranging from 10 minutes to 2 hours, it’s quickly becoming one of the best resources to help learners stop obsessing over English and start thinking about life.
Since 2013, Tony has been an avid football fan and Manchester United supporter. Stand up comedy, anime, non-fiction literature, and visual arts are some of his main interests. He also enjoys learning languages in his free time, and speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and Thai.

English learners who have mastered the basics of the language and are ready to take their communication skills to the next level.
Someone who wants to get off Netflix or YouTube and start seeing real growth and progress in their English skills.
People who can already communicate in English but want to learn more about advanced vocabulary, culture, and communication skills.
People who don't want to study at an English school but who are still looking for some help and guidance - and are willing to put time and energy into making their dreams of fluency a reality.
Action takers who aren’t interested in watching a bunch of boring grammar lessons because they know that practicing and interacting with real people is the only way to become fluent.
Givers - the kind of people who genuinely want to learn, grow, help others, and make some cool friends along the way. The kind of people who are interested in giving and receiving, helping and being helped. If you fit into that category, then this is certainly the right place for you.
People looking for a fast an easy way to become fluent - if you think simply joining this community will make you fluent in 30 days, this is NOT the right choice for you!
Procrastinators - if you're constantly looking for the next lesson, course, or video but you're never trying to practice and speak to real people, this isn't for you. Learning a language requires commitment and focus.
Anyone looking for a 'quick fix' to all their problems or not willing to dedicate time to their studies. Mastering a language takes time and consistent effort, there are no substitutes for that.
Someone who wants everything done for them. I'm here to teach you and the community is here to support you, but no one can practice and learn for you. So if you're not ready to take responsibility for your education, this isn't the place for you.
People expecting a guaranteed result - I know that my methods work (because I've successfully used them myself) but I can’t guarantee specific results from following my advice. I'm sorry to tell you this, but no one can make that promise!
